How quick can I take delivery of a vehicle?

Vehicles are on-site awaiting allocation, meaning they can be delivered or collected same day.

What selection of vehicles are available?

Usually a wide variety, all less than 12 months, but of course the fleet changes daily.

Can we select any vehicle?

We have a very wide range of vehicles available on FlexiLease terms; just call and ask for our current fleet mix.

Can we select a vehicle colour?

Yes, and we’ll try our best to allocate a suitable vehicle.

As I’m keeping the vehicle for longer, is it cheaper?

Yes, we discount the hire charges to make it more attractive.

How do we pay?

The initial payment is taken by debit or credit card on the day of vehicle hire.  The initial payment includes the first month’s rental and a refundable deposit (typically £500).  On each monthly anniversary, an additional payment is made by direct debit.

What happens if I bring the vehicle back half way through the month?

To secure the best rate, you commit to a minimum hire period of one month.  After that, you can bring the vehicle back anytime. Any overpayment and the refundable deposit are reimbursed to you within 24 hours directly into your bank account.

What will I need to hire a vehicle?

Typically a driving license, credit card and two forms of ID (one of which is a passport).

Can I take the vehicle abroad?

Of course, but only with prior agreement as we have to arrange continental breakdown and insurance cover.

Can you provide insurance?

Yes – but the minimum hirer age is 21 with two years minimum driving experience. Terms do apply.

Will my deposit be refunded?

Yes of course, subject to there being no outstanding hire charges or damage.

Do you also rent out vans?

Yes – a wide variety.

We are a company and often hire cars and vans; can we apply for an account facility?

Yes, of course.

Do you deliver?

Yes, nationally but charges may apply.
